What Data We Hold
Depending on your relationship with us, we may hold the following information:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Property and lease information
- Payment history and records
- Communications sent via WhatsApp or email
- Portal login credentials (hashed)
- Documents and photos uploaded to your portal
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to luisnovoa@prohomeadvisers.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your full name and the email address or phone number associated with your account
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the confirmed request
Note: Certain records may be retained for the period required by applicable law (e.g., financial records, lease agreements). We will notify you of any records that cannot be deleted due to legal obligations.
What Happens After Deletion
Once your data is deleted:
- Your portal access will be permanently removed
- Your contact information will be removed from our database
- Any documents or photos you uploaded will be deleted from our storage
- You will no longer receive WhatsApp or email notifications from us
